At York Cove Cottage the following inclusions are included with every stay:

• Nespresso Coffee making facilities with starter kit of pods. If you love your coffee, please bring along your favourite pods

• Iron and Ironing Board 

• Indoor fire and 1kg of wood, 1 barrow load of fire - pit wood is included for each stay. 

• Hand wash, cleaning products, shampoo / conditioner and body wash all included.

• The basics  coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, all cooking equipment, 8 rolls of toilet paper

• fishing rods

• Push bikes 

• Plenty of off street free parking

NIGHTLY RATES

For 1 bedroom use for up-to  2 guests, the nightly  rate is $255 per night =  $127.50 p/p Per Night 

For 2 bedroom use for up-to 4 guests, the nightly rate is $315  per night =   $78.75 p/p Per Night 

For 3 bedroom use for up-to 6 guests, the nightly rate is $375  per night =  $62.50 p/p Per Night 
For 4 bedroom use for up-to 8 guests, the nightly rate is  $435 per night =  $54.37 p/p Per Night 

One Night Minimum

 

Festive Season 
There is a 10% surcharge on the nights booked between December 22, 2024 and January 8th, 2025

5 Night minimum

$150 Cleaning and linen fee applies on all short bookings, $225 Cleaning fee bookings 3 nights or more regardless of guest numbers.

Additional Cleaning is available for longer stays and corporate bookings for additional charge apply's
