Terms & Conditions

Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
 

BOOKING / PAYMENT

To confirm your booking; a deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required. The final payment is required within 1 month of your arrival date. Bookings made via Air BNB will require full payment in advance as per Air BNB's Terms and conditions. Full payment is required before arrival.
 

The tariff applies for up to four people sharing  the property across two bedrooms Where two, three or four people require separate rooms an additional charge of $30 per person per stay will apply. Bedrooms not booked will be closed during your stay.
 

CANCELLATIONS

A cancellation fee of $100 applies if the booking is cancelled 14  or more days before the stay. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the date of arrival or guests fail to arrive, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.  In the event that I can rebook the cancelled dates the money recovered will be refunded less the $100 admin fee.

   

RESTRICTIONS

This property is non-smoking except for outside. Failure to comply will result in an immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

Pets are not allowed.

Events are not allowed

Only the number of guests booked are allowed to sleep at the property.  Day guests of up to 4 additional persons is allowed. 
 

ACCOMMODATION TERMS OF USE

Weekend nights are Friday to Saturday and Saturday to Sunday.

Check-in time is 2 pm onward on the day of arrival, and the B&B must be vacated
by 110am on the day of check-out
 

The property is to be left in a clean and tidy condition or you may be charged for extra cleaning costs incurred.
 

You are responsible for any damage you or your party cause during your stay and you are required to notify the hosts immediately.

 

The loss of a key will incur a charge of $100 for the replacement of locks and keys.
 

The York Cove Cottage is not responsible for the security of guests' belongings, and it is your responsibility to secure your accommodation while you are out.
